Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is simple. Browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts to your basket. When you are ready, select ‘Checkout’ and enter the details required to complete your order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Klarna, Clearpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. International customers may order as normal and your bank will convert the amount to your local currency. Orders placed by phone can also be paid for using these methods.
Orders cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Order Confirmation
When you receive your order confirmation, this means we have received your order, but it does not indicate that a contract exists. A contract will be formed once payment has been processed. If a pricing error occurs or an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you before proceeding.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 1pm Monday to Saturday (11am on Tuesday and Saturday) can be delivered the same day if required. Orders specifying a delivery date will be delivered on that day, provided they meet the cut-off time.
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day. Online deliveries can only be made within the UK. For international flower deliveries, please call us.
No timed deliveries are available, except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone us for urgent or emergency orders.
Flower Availability
If you require specific flowers, please call us at least 24 hours before delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, the flowers or plants will be returned to the shop and a delivery note will be left. If a neighbour is home, we may leave the flowers with them if they are willing to take responsibility.
If the recipient is unable to collect, a new delivery time will be arranged at Interfone Flowers’ earliest convenience.
Interfone Flowers is not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left unattended.
Product Quality
We take great care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.
Tax and Payment Security
All orders include 20% VAT.
Credit card numbers are encrypted with 256-bit encryption and are never stored in clear text on any website.

Refunds may be offered at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, complaints should be made within one working day of delivery. We will work with you to agree a suitable replacement or refund depending on the issue.
